So many things have happened what we have done is dilute share holder value by the issuance of so much paper to accommodate corporate growth. We have totally decreased the value of numerous strong companies who used paper to purchase numerous other pieces of paper that amounted to less worth than the print.

Earnings are based on share count. Excessive share count has exactly the same impact as excessive dollars dilution of worth.
