PartyTime: You are absolutely correct. The Republican platform is based on appeasing corporate fat cats and the wealthiest of the wealthy. The Republican platform will unravel in the next fortnight like a cheap suit because it offers little to the working families of America.

Just picked up a fresh copy of my hometown paper. Here is the first paragraph in the top story at the top of the front page with a big headline:

"WASHINGTON -- Doubts about George W. Bush's priorities and experience are up ..."

No kidding.
