Contest Rules: Winning entry is determined by the last actual traded price of LMNE, including ECNs, as of 8:00PM EST on first day of public trading. Winner gets lunch bought if in attendance at a lunch held in conjunction with the MRVC annual meeting, scheduled 12/08/2000 at 8:30AM PST to be paid for by other entrants in attendance. Note: Contest director reserves the right to substitute dinner on 12/7/2000 if a majority of those attending prefer that arrangement. Details on the date, time, and place of the lunch/dinner to be announced here, on SI MRVC message board, 1-2 weeks before annual meeting. If winner is a no show, the entrant whose price was closest to the actual close, who is in attendance at the lunch, will win. THERE IS (WILL BE?) A FREE LUNCH!!! Contest director IS eligible to win.
