OT Cary, Abortion is the only thing you are worried about with new SC nominees. Are you afraid of how the Constitution may be read by scholars who do not impose their own biases into their translation of the text? The Right of Privacy in R v. W is suspect at best and is nowhere in the Constitution itself. Let Gore take over and we will simply have more Revisionist SC nominees. People who put their own beliefs and party above the most sacred text this country has. Apparently THIS is what you would prefer. BK
