To All, ASA. Though this is known as the granddaddy of all gold funds, the latest quarterly report was an eye opener. 50% of assets were indeed in great gold miners, but a full 45% was invested in platinum and diamonds. As many readers know, I prefer platinum and, sometimes, diamonds, to gold, so this deeply discounted closed end fund looks even better to me now.

George, the gold stocks need to reverse here and now and close positive on the session or it means nothing.

There is nothing positive about the xau. A rebound in the xau are professional traders looking for a bottom. If investors do not surface, the xau will reverse and go lower, which I expect.
