The problem at picking up at these prices is that the stock has seen the mid 30's level not that long ago. The Q report is out, SS downgraded the stock.

I see little that will move the stock higher in the near future. The only thing that will now move this stock will be a sentiment turnaround in the semis.

Like you said, the mid to low 30's would be a good point to pick up some shares.
