"TEXAS INSTRUMENTS INC. currently sees strong global demand for its semiconductors, particularly in Japan, despite signs that the U.S. economy is slowing, its chief executive said. "If you look at the semiconductor market now, the strength is in all regions," Thomas Engibous, Texas Instruments' chairman, CEO and president, told Reuters in an interview on Thursday.
