HJM,re:"WBVN". I commend you on 'lay it out' and has the GUT to do what you DID? Too bad your timing wasn't perfect? There is a lot of money to make if you get the 'timing-right' or 'have right connection' in this (e)asy-(con) era. Then, again, this thing shall pass. I always say, as long as Alan Greenman keep 'praising productivity' and slow down or stop the 'money printing machine', we have a looooong-time to unwind, unfold the carnages.
