Hi V, I'm buying today. I got some SDLI at a bargain (hopefully). They are trading at a large discount to JDSU. Also bought some JNPR thinking that their phenominal earnings will look good even if CSCO simply meets their expected numbers. JNPR could actually appear to be gaining more ground. Bought a little EXTR. Clearly a panic driven sell off for the past few days. Could be a quick double. And finally, I bought some RMBS Jan 75's today. What are you buying today? -Clappy

Well I bot some (gulp swallow nauseous) JDSU jan calls I'm whacked today I know you keep saying this is where you make your $ takes guts fortitude etc

V, I'm a lurker here. My feeling is that "the houses" have about two more weeks to stock their inventory, so today and tomorrow are probably next to last visits to NAZ in 3200-3300 range. They needed optical stuff, and they got it today. What's left is storage and fiber-channel stuff, so EMC, NTAP, QLGC, EMLX seem like good candidates to be shot. The problem could be that most of them already reported their earnings except for NTAP (Nov 14). CSCO and NTAP won't disappoint, so I feel after Nov 14 the NAZ will just take off. NAZ 4800 will be tough though, 4000 seems doable. JMHO. -DiB Back to lurking.
