I agree with you too, except for the automatic vote for Bush. Gore + republican congress will give us enough of what we want. Gore cant/wont do half of what he says. Populist stance is for political gain only. Remember Al ran as a conservative democrat in 1988 primaries. Republicans should have chosen a smarter governor for President, thats all. George Pataki and Christine Whitman in my neck of the woods come to mind. And your last post certainly doesnt make you a Randite. It wasnt directed at you at all. Clinton minus Monica et al wasnt such a bad president.
