Back in early summer, when SDLI was going up like 40 points a day, I noticed that it would take a day or two for the higher strikes to kick in. Originally (back in April/May), they only had the strikes going to 250, and I think SEP only went to 230. But as the stock rose, they progressively introduced higher strikes. But sometimes I could find the quotes on the cboe, but couldn't get them off esignal for a couple days.
