Btw, just for the fun of it I decided to use one insider
language, move into the twilight zone of the unknown..

For those who got nervous Lars summed up the conclusion
in english, except some minor details.

The main thing was, as Ollila said it, that it is one
thing to have a couple of prototypes on display and another
thing to set up the system for producing a million every
week, before that model is too old or too expensive,
usually both at the same time. (the answer to the
the question on when the japanese are coming)

Additionally this includes cooperating, negotiation,
planning with the operators (as well as banks, etc who
finance) to get everything started as well as the
distribution system ending up in the stores, the
salespersons, and handling service, all to get the customers
(both banks, operators, stores and endusers) who are likely to
be happy and satisfied.

One saying is that in this business one can miss the train
once, and usually everyone misses a train now and then, but
after having missed two consecutive trains the situation
starts being critical.

Additionally one should sometimes decide to go for the
next train instead of running the risk of missing this
train, and, whats worse, all trains don't leave the station,
not fun having booked a seat on them.

Basic things, but sometimes difficult to keep a
proportional perspective on??

Ilmarinen.

P.S. Conclusion, few need to transmit xxx-rated mpeg
files at 2Mbps in a low flying helicopter, a handful might
want to recieve, but not two million new customers a week.
