As a 90%+ holder of LMNE, MRV shares would have reflected the price of LMNE. As it was discussed before, you can even short LMNE and be long MRVC. I guess it depends on your investment thesis, if you plan to keep LMNE a very long time, the acquisitions make sense since it makes LMNE a stronger company. I, for one, believe that the valuations given to Optical Companies are not sustainable. By having delayed the IPO, we would not reap the rewards of high P/S multiples.

What's the difference whether MRVC or LMNE would have made the acquisitions? My prediction about Noam's timing being worse than any other businessman I have ever followed is coming true. This has become fricking ridiculous.knc
