yes...i heard him. and frankly, one can only shake one's head in amazement at the fact that once again no WS 'analyst' was so far capable to realize the obvious, namely that with the entire telco industry suffering from negative cash flows and huge debts, and enormous overcapacities to boot, capital spending would have to come down, like it or not. it is also typical that CNBS brings on this guy after the fact, i.e. after NT et al. got oosiked. why didn't they interview this guy before? i'm sure he didn't come up with his research overnight. they're nothing but cheerleaders...bad for people's capital preservation plans...
