Halliburton Co. sank $4.50 to $37.13. The world's largest oilfield services company said late yesterday that third-quarter revenue at its engineering and construction business fell 21 percent. Analysts at ING Barings and Southwest Securities Inc. lowered ratings on Halliburton.
