believe me greg, i do blame myself...i made a decision in april to stay with the stock knowing the risks of a fiber deflation...hell, i didn't think it would last as long as it has...

as for your other points...one has to expect sec delays...mrvc didn't plan for them...when noam announced in april the ipo would be delayed, he very naively believed he the market would still be there and there would be no delays...rookie stuff...i learned in my first 2 weeks at alex brown that anything can delay an ipo...timing IS ALWAYS PARAMOUNT TO QUALITY...and lmne would have been an EXTREMELY HIGH-QUALITY IPO without any of the acquisitions...

it WAS a huge mistake...from a former banker's perspective, it WAS an error of massive proportions...

and if you want proof that even noam realizes he screwed up, look at his completely different approach to the OPXS ipo...speed to market is his only concern there...he even chose a second-tier underwriter in order to speed up the process...he has learned his lesson and i would be interested in hearing if he is man enough to admit he was wrong...

Relative to other posters on the board, who don't claim to have access to information others aren't privy to, your advice is fairly pathetic. Many of us also have shares with bases in the $3 range, but also have higher bases and have followed the company longer than you. Yeah, the gains are still there but the management of shareholder value sucks. I'll sell when I'm ready and don't need any snide advice from somebody who constantly sticks up for ANALysts who everybody knows have manipulated clients for years. Maybe some of them will have to earn a living for a change now that the FD rule is in effect.knc
