<<chart does not look good>>

Tell me about it! Nothing looks good on the PM front! BAY releases great news on recovery and size of deposit, stock sells off. FGX has some good numbers in a news release, stock sells off, GBU has a good news release, good enough for CC to issue an alert, something he does not regularly do, and the stock is STILL selling off!

This is not anything like what I have ever seen in the past. We are on new ground here and we all better learn the new rules if we want to continue to make money on resourse stocks.

tax loss selling? hummm...I am still in the black with BAY as I am sure many others are. I don't know how many are still with us that would have bought between the last support we had at around $1.7 to the peak at $3. I suspect a lot of them are gone now. So if we do have some tax loss selling I would expect $1.7 to be strong support. I recently sold PVO for a decent profit and am building some cash into my PF....if there are some bargain basement prices I intend to pick some up. That includes BAY even though I am way over anything reasonable %age wise with my PF and BAY.

BAY is so thin now that I feel sorry for anyone wanting to sell for tax loss. They will definately have something to write off if they do......

Ron, the new financing means that there are no serious prospects for a takeover in the near future. Would you start diluting and doing a financing if instead, you were looking at serious takeover offers?? I dont think so.
