i agree that we are very cheap relative to the other players...

i also agree that we might have missed out on perhaps 1 of the acquisitions...

here is the timetable that we could have seen had noam listened to some of those advising him at the time...

(by the way the delay we heard about in february was brought on by the pending acquisitions)..

LMNE ipo in early june(without having made the acquisitions, lmne would have been ready to go in april, but market conditions would have likely postponed it until june)...

lmne could have then used it's very overvalued currency to then make the acquisitions...if foci or one of the others was gone, then lmne could have afforded to use its currency to buy other component suppliers...

believe me when i tell you that this would have been the preferred choice of most of the bankers in on this deal...

Greg, I agree with you, the bubble hasn't burst. In fact I really don't believe MRVC ever had a bubble,
with few exceptions it's been undervalued since I bought in at <$3 (split adjusted).

I've lost 3/4 of a mil on this stock in the last few weeks so I'm probably as badly beaten as anyone,
BUT I still believe the story.

It's easy to get discouraged when you're surrounded by negativity, God knows I've been so depressed
lately I've lost weight, a lot of weight.

The bright side is that fiber is here to stay, and the growth of this sector is going outstrip even
the most optimistic expectations.

Eventually evaluations will come to rest where they belong, the high fliers will come down substantially
and MRVC will move up. I see MRVC as a diamond in a blazing coal pile that will soon be glimmering
in the ashes.

People aren't selling this stock because they believe it isn't worth their investment or even triple that.
They're selling because they think it's going lower, but I don't believe any of them in spite of their
protestations have any doubt about the fact that it's going to be worth many times it's current value.

I used margin imprudently and it's cost me dearly, but after having ridden down I'm not going to miss
the ride up.

It's only a matter of time, I may be low on CASH but TIME I have.

Regards, Bill
