BEAS: Yes, the print was 78 7/8, but you want to make sure it breaks back INTO the old high, so 78 1/2 is probably good enough. Basically you want to pick a number where all the breakout players will realize that they were wrong, get trapped and puke. It's not a pretty thing, but then again, trading is about money!
