Tim -- NAT is certainly paying an amazing dividend -- about like some of the healthcare REITs like NHP in February. They've either corrected upward in value substantially or exploded. I keep some money in REITs because I started buying most of them in '99 and early 2000 when they were very, very undervalued, and because they have almost no correlation with the NAZ. The rest of my money is in techs and financials. I'll keep any further discussion of real estate off this board, but would recommend the Motley Fool Real Estate Industry board as being perhaps the best single financial advice sharing board I've encountered, with regular postings from the likes of Ralph Block (fund manager) and other very knowledgeable real estate professionals.
