MIPS closed at 32 7/16, trades at a 77% Premium PE Multiple of 46.3 X, vs. the 26.1 X average multiple at which the Semiconductors SubIndustry is priced. That at least is tolerable.
Cash Flow Margins : 33.0%
ROA (Return on Assets) : 24.8% (more than RMBS)
ROE (Return on Equity) : 29.4% (more than RMBS) P/E 46.. we can live with that.
According to the multiple and valuation of the semiconductor sector the real value of MIPS is $27.88. We can live with that also.

RMBS.. worth about $20 bucks. RMBS trades at a Premium PE Multiple of 340.1 X, vs. the 26.1 X average multiple at which the Semiconductors SubIndustry is priced.
RMBS has ROA (Return on Assets) : 7.8%
ROE (Return on Equity) : 14.2% that is less than the average for the sector, so why is RMBS priced so much above the average multiple for the sector? RMBS sports a P/E of 340.

RMBS sales growth us 65% even less than the industry growth of 75% so why is priced higher than the average multiple of the industry? RMBS Income Growth -100.00% less than before and the average income growth of this 'on the move' sector is 1,824.20%. You would almost have to be paying me to take RMBS off your hands.

That is what s so troubling, and I agree on this being just a "Bear Flag Rally"... BRCM BRCD RBAK VRSN AETH JNPR IWOV MERQ ARBA ITWO PALM WEBM PMCS etc..and the list goes on and on and on....... the longer this goes on it only extends there ultimate fate. So yes...I do feel for these "poor investors" thinking this is bottom and BRCD is going to $400

It is rather disconcerting to say the least.
