I can't understand why Zeus doesn't replace the Christian and Muslim gods. Clearly he could win 2 falls out of three with any of 'em.

Let's match him up with Odin. That should be good for some fireworks.

Athena is the daughter of Zeus. She sprang out of his head. I guess you would call that a virgin birth. She herself is a virgin, and she is Zeus'es favourite child (which means a lot). Zeus even lets her play with his thunderbolts (which is also saying a lot). Her favourite place in all the world is Athens, and she always stops by when she is out this way.

She has wisdom and she also invents. Two of her inventions are the ship, and also the plow. Without the plow we would still be sowing our fields with sticks, or the broadcast method. Because of the ship, people can go on cruises and fall in love all over again. There was a popular tv show about people going on a huge boat and finding romance. She was a virgin, just like the oil...and as far as I know, she still is.
