Continuation of my conclusions from earnings cc...

>Question asked about whether management see any new competition in their main markets. Management said that there were some interesting new technologies out there but by the time they are ready to market, PWER should have its next generation products ready. They added that there are only three companies that compete now in PWER's markets - PWER, EMR and LU. Of these three only PWER and EMR offer a complete product line. And there is way more demand than PWER and EMR can satisfy!

That's all that I remember at this point. Again, I strongly urge any serious investor in PWER and the whole power management / "high-nines" area listen to this call.

cfoe,

Thanks for the link. I didn't listen, but nothing you write surprises me. Though at the moment I have puts on PWER, those will soon change to calls, possibly tomorrow. Wouldn't be surprised to see a technical bounce now, given that PWER is sitting between it's 10 and 20 day ema.

Short term, the only problem I see here is the huge amount of front month open call positions at the 75 strike. It could move a bit lower from here for that reason, or trade sideways. Doubtless, that will be what the options pits will try to do with the stock. There still might be some momentum selling left here, so they might be able to do it.

But, there's a whole lot oLong term, I'm very, very long.

As you say, PWER's major "problem" is that it can't make product fast enough. I suspect within the next year or so that problem will be pretty well addressed; I know they're well aware, and working hard in that direction. But, that's just the sort of problems I love to see in a long term investment.
