I have 4 stds below the 28 week MA as 2400. The weekly Keltner band is at 2890 and trending down. I believe that uses the 2.5 standard deviation on the 20 week MA. That's contained the sell-offs thus far this year.

yes, i saw this. and i agree with the premise that bear moves often reciprocate the preceding bull moves. in terms of patterns, it should actually go lower...under the '99 consolidation zone.
