The earlier Rand report was detailed and peer reviewed. This latest "report" is the work of one guy. The hastily written issue paper reads like a press release. Rand should be ashamed of themselves for denigrating the achievements of those minority children.

Yeah, the hurriedly thrown-together, biased, politically-motivated Rand-labeled report which was rushed to the printer just two weeks before the election, is certain to be much better researched, reasoned, accurate, documented, and reported than the earlier Rand-sponsored report which was thoroughly examined and went through normal channels, including peer review. Do you really think people on this thread are as stupid as you wish they were? Maybe you need to do some soul-searching, in search of your common sense.
