The "turning point"? Gore is in the lead now per both Gallup and Zogby. Not by much but has the momentum lately. And if you think people care about trivia like that compared to the really BIG WHOPPERS by Bush then you're sadly mistaken. WHOPPERS by Bush: - Education president (Rand corp just unkased that) - Gore for big government (oops, Texas government grew) - Attacks on military (whoops, military just fine) - Military over-extended (whoops, Bush agrees on everything but Balkans and Haiti which he turned out to be wrong on) - Healthcare - Texas worst in the nation but Bush says they're improving. (Whoops, finaly recovered 1% after 7 years of worsening) - Environment (same thing but worse) - Patient bill of rights - Bush claims he's for it but vetoed it. - Social security - promised same trillion to seniors and juniors, big-time oops. - Hate crimes - says s "we have a law" but he was against it and his boast about capital punishment may end up giving the Byrd killers a mistrial.
