I am a newly minted owner of AVNX,and as such this is my maiden voyage on this thread. I would like to have some clarification on a particular fact,that being the amount of shares outstanding for the company. George Gilder puts them at around 8 million (Iknow that can't be), the Yahoo company profile places the amount at about 64 million, and finally the recent 10K further confuses me with two figures;namely 26 million and around 35 million. I would very much appreciate a true figure since it is nigh impossible to get an accurate valuation without it. Thanks in advance---- Let there be light! Hedgehog 26.
