Ellen, I listen to many conf. calls myself and am shocked how analysts continually seem to misunderstand clearly stated facts and figures. I was listening to the ASYT call recently and management continually had to repeat themselves until all the analysts got the figures right. Maybe they are burned out, but they often fail to impress me.
