gc ---Any one that read's a technical manual that is graduating from Virginia Tech ( Decent Engineering school ) has at least 5 to 10 offers waiting for them . Installers can mean anyone from a system analyst to the person who turns the screwdriver . By the way Arbys in this rural area is paying 8.00 an hour and cannot lay their hands on people even though their is 25,000 college kids in the area . Just some thoughts BEST WISHES BILL
