Since the incumbents already have good forign relations with the Chinese, and have established very good relations then I forsee that this can be avoided..but if the GOP gets in the White House..i think that this is inevitable, primarily due to there history with the Communist Chinese.. lets all hope for the best...... IMHO washingtonpost.com My reasoing also being ie that the Chinese have a strong hatred for Sr. so Jr. is not to ther eliking. Also, Gore does have Confidental National Security clearence at this time and is very up to date on the worlds critial affairs at this juncture..he is ready to step right in... the opposition, soes not and that is what scares me tremendously, especially with Middle East tensions at such extreme levels ... I find it incoherent that the American public sees a US President for what he says in a debate...almoset obscene. This man is the Forign policy leader of our future. All these domestic policy issues are fine and are painted with a pretty picture, but it is the legislature that ultimatley decides these domestic issues by majiority. I hope all is thinking beyond there Taxes... oh and where was that Tax rebate from Sr????? Never happened.
