Bush is for the highest oil prices possible.
Who do you think backs him, bought him and paid for him from the beginning? Another Tevas oil boom would be heaven for Bush and his gang.

there is a nice article in Forbes this issue about how stockpiling heating oil in New England has actually created a potential disaster if we have a chilly winter. All part of a government help program. Thanks, Slick Willie.
