The entire Limbaugh piece on Social Security is a misrepresentation of the truth. You know that, I know that, Limbo the Liar knows that. All he's doing is spewing fear to try to boost his declining radio ratings, and you're buying into it. Figures. You lift most of your stuff from him anyway, then deny doing so.

Now let's discuss THE TRUTH ABOUT AL GORE AND GEORGE BUSH ON SOCIAL SECURITY.

George Bush, Doro's brother, supports partially privatizing Social Security. (He wants to gamble with seniors' money.) He would consider raising the retirement age for younger Americans. He has a deplorable record in Texas when he broke campaign promises to Texas teachers by cutting funding for their public pension plan. He then proposed raiding that fund to pay for administrative costs. Overall grade: F.

Vice President Al Gore supports setting aside at least two-thirds of the budget surplus to protect Social Security and Medicare; he opposes raising the retirement age, cutting benefits, or privatizing Social Security; think "lockbox." The vice president also cosponsored the Employee pension Protection Act.
Overall grade: A.

The responsibility is on your shoulders for proving the validity of the Limbaugh piece. It's not up to me to disprove the lies; it's up to you to prove that they're correct. Good luck. Better say an extra 10 rosaries before you go to bed tonight.
