CF - unless SNDK can get memory prices down faster than scheduled, they will soon lose most of the MP3 marketplace and remain mainly a "digital film" supplier.

1. I'm not sure that SNDK has time to ponder over the issue since they are so busy handling orders and the growth in orders that they simply don't have a lot of spare time. Maybe if things were to slow down after tow or three years. Pls see Elis quotes on the level of business they are trying to cope with.

2. How do you play a CD with a mobile phone or a PDA or a Palm Held? Not a facetious point but simply an expression that most mobile phones sold next year and the year after will be MP3 players and will use MMC chips for their storage. So why carry anything elses especailly as you will be able to download music with these gadgets as well. My view is that I wouldn't want to be in the pertable CD player business from now on.

3. So far as the SNDK growth rate is concerned are you sure it is only 37%? I waas surprised when I read that since I thought it was a little bigger than that or are you saying the 37% is what the analysts believe it to be ( they may have a different way of basic algebra from the rest of us).

Best regards,

L
