Design around ready within 60 days for switchout? Is that realistic? What happens to all the other product Lexar has already stocked up in retail channels? Wait to see if the legal team at Lexar Media writes a separate press release now saying that the CEO was only giving a possible scenario and that actual results may vary significantly Also note that no mention was made about write speed for the redesigned product that is to be released or if it has gone through product testing. Do you think OEM's are going to take a redesigned product without qualifying it first? Also, I thought SanDisk had the opportunity to examine the newly designed product to see if it still infringes on '987 given Judge Breyer's decision from April against Lexar Media. Ausdauer
