Your average nazdung tech stock could fall 99% and still be wildly overvalued by historical means.

The vast majority of new issues in the last 2 years should have never left the cocktail napkin scribble stage, and certainly should never have gone public.

no no no. I said whatever "fair" value was determined to be, the bottom would likely come significantly under that value, such as 25%.
