OT, Hopefully that is an indicator of a wiser generation to come. Aapparently, as one gets older they become cynical in their outlook on people and government, and believe partianship is the way to get things done. This is the only way I can explain Gore's ratings in the polls. Thnaks for the poll results BTW; I don't believe we'll hear about it in the popular press. Brian

In a close online mock election including 32,000 students and educators across all 50 states, 51% chose George W. Bush to be the next United States president. By a slightly wider margin, the student Electoral College gave the Texas Governor the "official" nod with 62% of the electoral votes. Just as the official election is expected to be a close race, today's student election results show an almost equal preference for each candidate. Cory, an elementary student in Michigan, voices a common view that the two tickets are strikingly similar, "It's pretty weird that almost all the things that the two candidates say mean the same thing but in different words."
