Thanks for the encouraging words Jill.

My biggest problem with sell stops is as I said earlier, many times they just come in and steal your shares. Additionally, look at the volatility in some of this stuff. Suppose I had a sell stop on my extr calls yesterday.....the day before they closed at $26 I think, they opened at $17, then the next day they opened at $9. Granted I ended up selling the calls, but I have found with such a volatile market any kind of tight or semi tight sell stop is gonna get taken out in this market. If thats the case, why not just sell instead of putting in the 20% stop loss which is 90% guaranteed to be taken from you.....

does that make any sense?

Anyway, thanks very much for your kind and encouraging words.
