From what I get so far the issue is inventory build at Westel which is still 33% of sales. Westel was hit by the Bell Atlantic strike during the quarter. I don't know of any other problem with Westel's business, but there may be some.

In any event I don't see any reason to change my long-term view. Estimates are raised for next year, etc.
