Message 14659135 Despite my repeated requests to SI Bob on the Welcome to SI thread, SI NEVER answered the question of whether it would automatically comply with a subpoena seeking an SI poster's identity without first allowing that poster to challenge the subpoena. Congratulations to the ZiaSun defendants. Didn't that Floyd Schneider guy use to post here under a similar name? Steve Worthington sounds familiar too, but I can't put my finger on it .... Anyway, nice job guys.
