Bambs, Reality check. NT is not going into the ground. They posted 90% growth in optical. Unfortuantely the market was expecting 150% growth. The issue - as Roth stated it - wasn't a lack of demand, it was a lack of engineering resources to do the installs. I think the market may be over-reacting to this news which could mean a buying opp. Your comment on LU is actually incorrect. I bought at $52 and LU rode up to the low 70's - I was out at $62. What I find irritating however is not so much this .. but that I have to justify it to you in order to protect my credibility ... because you post some erroneous garbage... that in fact has no place on this or any thread on SI. That is the worst of personal attacks in my book and you owe me an apology. As for your trading style - I have never been able to reconcile it with your long term gloom and doom picture. You trade like a day trading but post like a long term bear... but are unwilling to take a position yet argue you're points with bulls who are investors... not traders. So, we'll never see eye to eye. Many of us use some T/A to find entry and exits but overall are fundamentally bullish on the sector. Again, we shall see. In the end it doesn't matter much so long as we're making money. I too short stocks at times - as you yourself can attest to from my posts on the JNPR thread.... In all I think you need to worry more about yourself and less about what I'm posting. OG
