I had an opportunity to participate in the ipo of ENWV. I reviewed the prospectus and it was fraught with uncertainty and lack of visibility with respect to a profitability time frame. I purchased some on the "greater fool theory" but there was a rush for exits almost immediately when it seemed clear that the only fools were those who had participated in the IPO. Frankly at the time I made the commitment I thought because of the uncertainty the price would be reduced to $8 and surprised that it wasn't.
