Correct me if I'm wrong, But didn't CSCO do something like 60% rev growth last quarter. What would happen if they only came in at 50%. OUCH. Talking about a haircut the mood the street is in.

Chambers is a bigger Clown than I thought.

I like the way Warren Buffet put it, something along these lines, "if an aquisition or merger makes sense, it doesn't matter what kind of accounting method is used".

In other words, if you need some "funny" accounting in order for an aquisition to make sense, it shouldn't be done.
