"One of these projects is our joint venture with Gum Tech International, an American company in which we own 51 percent of equity. ..."

Now what's this, does SM own 51% of GUMM, or does SM own 51% of the joint venture? It sounds like they have bought 51% of GUMM.

Maybe GUMM will make money off of nicotine gum and maybe it won't. Unfortunately for you, the market doesn't like to predict the future like you. The fact is that they haven't produced even one stick of nicotine gum for sale yet and even if they do, where will they get the money for advertising? They're already WAY behind the eight ball with their meager Zicam advertising campaign and here Zicam is a wonder drug!

Keep spinning the spin Danny Boy. As long as this company continues to post massive losses, you and your gang bangers will get poorer and I will get richer.
