A lot of these companies are so far underwater on their funny stock (like preferred, warrants etc) that they will never see the light of day.

Also amazing how they come up with the valuations they do based on all this stock.

I do lots of DD and call lots of companies and many of the CEOs have their backs up about their share price and how the company is extremely undervalued and how the market is hosed up for their stock being in the crapper; they tell me their book value is this and their cash flow is that etc etc etc...

I tell them: Their stock is worth the current price it is trading for. Stock prices are all about PERCEPTION. Especially for low dollar Listed/NASDAQ and OTCBB stocks.
