I am thinking the same thing Ward.....JDU had .08/share earnings and are looking for .16 or .18 if memory serves correct. If this is a manipulated correction on NT then I suspect they will say that even if JDU hits the earnings that they have too many letters in the symbol or find some bad news.If it is turnaround time then they will say the CEO drives a shiny new car or something of that sort. This whole thing smells badly with the sell off.Damn it was only NT's revenues that were amiss and they did announce a 950 million deal with Xfera the same day over three years. What is the big deal here?It looks suspicious especially when you look at volumes that were higher for the stock in the last 6 trading days......Window dressing was done by funds in Sept before quarter end.Lots of cash and want in the deal.Going to be interesting to look at year end reports to see how fund groups have enhanced their positions from here and now.Add to that comparing some analysts comments with the companies they are paid by to see if they reduced or added to positions.I bet the latter.

If JDU collapses? .. what do you call $60 in 3 days <gg>

The NASDAQ Comp is in magnet mode for the bottom and it is unlikely that anything will stop a re-test at this point, good earnings or not. Personally I think the bottom will fall but am smart enough to know that I don't know and will play it day to day. I definitely agree that JDU is now the make or break for this sector in the short term and could easily push NT through the $65-63 support if they miss badly and really start a stop flood. Can the TSE make it three halts <g>
