Nope, but that is what I think the press and most investors think. This is what I think:

The operator wants to have a system that supports the maximum amount of cassettes (i.e. handsets and handsets that do data, and laptops) at the AT THE CHEAPEST INFRASTRUCTURE AND OPERATING COSTS. This means more users, less cost, and more operator profits.

Q's 5500 chips provide the solution.
