Just think about the real cost--getting behing in development of 3G applications software and its multiplier effect throughout the economy. They are such unimaginative eurocentric technology myoptics that they cannot even see the cost of this. NOK, ERICY, the European Commission and govt bureaucrats think they can be more efficient than a market economy at allocating resources and fostering innovation.
