A newbie here. I'm fascinated by the general insights you all provide on this thread such as the above quote.

Can anyone suggest a good book that concerns the inside workings on Wall Street? I'm not looking for PC stuff. I'd like to find something that doesn't pull any punches and "tells it like it is". :)
