Liquid Audio in the United States owns only seven percent of Liquid Audio Japan.

LQID announces that it is interested in bidding on the assets Scour.com that may go on auction as a result of Scour's bankruptcy.

LQID thinks this would allow it to compete better with ITRU as a peer-to-peer Digital Rights Management (DRM) provider.
