I gathered from the Lexar CC that the new "non-infringing" CF cards are not shipping, and no evaluation units are available as of yet. But perhaps pre-production units shipped to partners like Nikon and word is slipping out that either compatiblilty issues have cropped up, or performance has taken a hit. Or, perhaps pre-production units have found their way to dissection tables in Sunnyvale and they have been found to potentially STILL violate the Patents in question. Either way, today's 25% dip in LEXR shares couldn't have happened to a nicer company.
